Hi, I’m Meagan — a global citizen originally from South Africa, now calling Abu Dhabi home.

My journey has taken me across four continents, living and working in diverse roles across South Africa, the UK, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. I’ve taught in classrooms, coached student-athletes, supported VIP families, and lectured at university — but wherever I’ve gone, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping people thrive.

After years of navigating life as an expat, I decided to launch Keys to Abu Dhabi as a space to share insights, stories, and practical guidance for others making the leap. Whether you're here to invest, relocate, or simply understand what life in Abu Dhabi really looks like, this blog is designed to help you feel informed, inspired, and at home.

My background in education, sport science, coaching, and performance lifestyle mentoring gives me a unique lens on wellbeing, transition, and high-performance living — and I’ve created Keys to Abu Dhabi to reflect all of that, in one place.
